Called trying to sell a loan. Asked to not call a***n, this is the third time they've called

Automated Call for 200K funding on Credit Card Transcactions. "hit 1" I did and talked to a guy who wanted all types of personal info. I denied him and he said "whats the big deal." I told him it was big enough that i just didnt do it. He pressed me and i refused. I asked him to fax me some backgroung info on his funding company and he agreed. I'm still waiting by the fax . . . Ha HA HA! BEWARE OF SCAMERS!!!

7 times in two weeks; has never removed my number even when recording confirmed it; live person a front and not convinced he had my info to remove number or cared.

When tranferred to an operator the man asked me if I lived alone. When I said yes, he asked if he could move into my apartment so we could live together. He had a slight middle-eastern or hispanic accent.

No message. No instructions. We're in Roseburg, Oregon and on the Federal Do Not Call list.

Caller ID showed "ASOC," s****ed with pre-recorded message with male voice, agent said name of company was "Carpet Care." Filed FCC complaint online (https://esupport.fcc.gov/1088/). I am on the DNC list, plus it's illegal to s**** with the recording, plus it's illegal not to identify the company (name, phone, and address) in the recording.

I continue to get calls on 3 of my home hone #'s and my cell phone from this company regarding carpeting cleaning. I have never used them. I am on the DNC list. when I talk to the agent, I ask a question and they disconnect me.

KEEPS CALLING TO CLEAN MY CARPET

Automated message said so****ing about giving me a line of credit of $200K if my business had > $4K per month of credit card sales. I pressed 1 to speak to a person in an attempt to get off of their list. I asked how he got my number as I'm on the Do Not Call list. He said the yellow pages/book. I repeatedly told him that he did not as I am not in it. He also said the DNC list was a myth that died out with the dinosaurs and didn’t exist anymore.

Caller ID said ASOC, when I answered it was a recorded solicitation for Carpet Cleaning. I hit "1" not to order a cleaning but to complain. When I did, the surly operator simply said, "So whut".
