I have received numerous calls telling me that my automobile warranty is about to expire. The last half dozen of these calls have told me this is the last call before my file is closed. When I try to talk to an operator the person avoids telling me the name of the company, they just keep asking for my make and model (my vehicle is 13 years old so I highly doubt that my warranty is about to expire--it has long been expired). I received this call a***n today and when I tried to get the name of the company and voice a complaint the person ***g up on me. I can't get the name of the company to complain to the BBB. Help!!!

They keep saying that I have to renew my auto warranty. They won't let me speak to a supervisor and they **** up on me every time I ask that the calls be stopped.
