Constantly calls my cell phone about warranty notice.

Unsolicited call to my cell phone about a phony warranty on a vehicle I never owned. I will report this call , as I do all telemarketers, to the FCC - federal Communications Commission and the FTC - Federal Trade Commission. These complaints can be filed online.

to the best of my knowledge this is one of four companies that is calling my cell phone trying to sell vehicle warranty. According to the federal trade commission this is illegal and needs to be stopped.

calls any time of the morning, leaves info saying that it is imperative to call back... I dont have any credit cards or owe anyone...calls come in on sunday thru sunday's beginning as early as 8 am my time! Had enough ! wish I could get my hands around one of the "F" neck!

I get a call from this number at least 1x/day. They offer a car warranty. When I asked to have my number removed, the calls only increased. I spoke with "Todd" on the phone and he ***g up on me when I asked for the company name and number. He also said he didn't have that info...

I have received 17 calls in 16 days about an extended warranty purchase for my vehicle (which is 12 years old with 150k miles, so there is no reason to get calls for a warranty) and I have requested twice to be removed from the call list and I have still received calls. I talked to a supervisor and she was not helpful, would not let me finish a sentence, and ***g up on me in mid-sentence. This is unacceptable.

Called me twice today,about my car warranty.

My boyfriend bought a car 2 years ago. Because he didn't think his credit was good enough to get the loan on his own we put my name on the loan also. About a year after the car was purchased I sarted to get cards in the mail telling me the warranty on my car was about to expire. Since I never signed up for a warranty and technically don't own the car I threw them away. Then I s****ed to get calls telling me the same thing. I have asked to have my name taken off the list too many times to count. Still getting the calls today. I ask the called what the name of the company is and all I get is warranty service division. I ask what company are you a division of and they tell me that is the name of the company. Obviously this is a fraud and a very annoying one.

I just received a call from this number and did some research. We are all in the same boat here so I suggest that you do what I did and file a complaint with the FCC: http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html It only takes 5 minutes to fill this out and submit online. I suggest more people do this so the FCC will take action a***nst Digicom in Nevada, or the individual responsible for running this scam.

These ****s have repeated called my cell phone number for a year ... each call states that my warranty is about to expire (my warranty expired two years ago ....) I am disabled and on a fixed income and am charged for each of these cell calls ... repeatedly I have instructed them to remove my number and each time they say they do. I have asked for supervisors and the caller ****s up .... I have asked for addresses to send a certified letter to their office and the caller ****s up. Today JACKIE at that number called and says she couldn't hear me and ***g up on me when I pressed her for the exact name and address of the company. Warranty Services Division (that is the name I was given by JACKIE on 6/17/08. When I pressed for Warranty Services Division of WHAT she said that was the total name and then couldn't hear anything else and ***g up

I've had this same caller (not sure if it's the same number) at least 5 times to my cellnumber. I've pressed the number to talk to an agent and told them to remove me from their list and have received two calls since then. It's always the second and final call about my auto warranty.
