call every hour... i want sue them

pre recorded message about my auto warranty. They say it's the last notice, but they still call several times a day, every day. I pushed 1 and talked to the lady this time. They are National Warranty out of St Louis from what she tells me.

This number traces to an outfit called Digicom services in Las Vegas. They called on my cell phone unsolicited, and as I understand it that is illegal. I've filed a complaint with my cellular carrier.

They called twice in the past two days on my ***nd new cell phone. I've only had my phone for 3 days. They want to renew my car warranty. Anyway just advice, once you answer the call hit the # key 7 or 8 times, its supposed to ***** up the ma****e and they'll stop calling.

I have been getting calls every day telling me my car warranty is about to expire. I finally held on and spoke (yelled actually) at the person and told her to take me off of their list. She****ured me she would. Since then I am getting calls from them with no one on the other end of the line. Do they make money when I make a connection or so****ing? I want to know how to stop people like this. How about a block caller list on my phone? Any body want to add that feature? AT&T? VERIZON? SPRINT???

calls every few days, kind of annoying, no idea how they got my number.

Caller calls 3-4 times a week for an auto warranty. I bought a 7 yr old car for very cheap $$ from a small used car dealer. I never gave the dealer a phone number, I wonder how they got my number??

They have called 4 times in 2 days. They say they will take your number off there list, but they do not. They are selling warranty car repair.
