This comment is in response to the one from Jim Vandiver. You are a liar and a shill for National Auto Warranty Services located in Wentzville, MO. We have seen your numerous posts all over the internet and we are on to your lies on behalf of the s***bags at National Auto Warranty Services. (Note: to everyone: the following refer only to the company National Auto Warranty Services located in Wentzville, Missouri. There are many other companies with a similar name that may be legitimate.) Also, there is a company known as "Dealer Services." This is the company that sends warranty expiration letters to your house with a logo that is a copy of the one used by General Motors. Guess what? It is the same company! This company is one of the biggest auto warranty scammers and crooks in the country. There is no way they are legitimate in any sense of the word. Want proof? I have gotten multiple calls from this number and if you press 1 to talk to someone to tell them to remove you from their list they will tell you "just give me your address and make/model of your vehicle" i refused to give it because I know that my vehicle does not have factory warrenty as it is over 10 years old. If you furthur listen to the call when you receive there is "press 2 to be removed from this list" well i've pressed it and i still get calls

Alot of people are confusing Dealer Services or National Auto Warranty Services with other companies. They do NOT dial outbound to their customers. The best way to figure out who is calling you is to do so****ing like this: 1. Answer the call nicely and sound interested 2. Play along with the rep, the first person you speak to is probably just screening calls so you may have to agree to speak with specialist or a sales person. 3. Go through the sales pitch and tell them you need to call them back with your credit card 4. Get their callback number and post it here. I'll check back every so often. I can look to see who the phone number belongs to and also verify it with the utility company.

These guys are ruthless. I pressed "1" once to see if I could get some information about who these guys were. I guess I s****ed asking too many questions because the guy on the other end finally said he didn't think I was really interested in a warranty and ***g up. Another time I told the guy who answered he would hear from my lawyer if he didn't stop calling and he just said "good luck if you think you can find us lady" and ***g up.

I have been receiving calls with a recorded message that does not identify the business. Attempts to be removed from the list are ignored. Most recently they have switched to forging a disconnected number on the Caller ID. Attempts to be connected to a sales person ("press 1 if you are interested" and I press 1) just go to dead air, then the call is disconnected. What could these people possibly have to ***n if they're not even talking to people who say they're interested? I filed a complaint with the FCC (http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html) -- you should too.

These people have been calling my Mother in Law for the past few weeks.. a few times a day (up to 5). Same car warranty ****. She doesn't have a new car or one under warranty.
