Telemarketers are prohibited from placing autodialer calls to your cell phone if they don't already have a preexisting relationship with you. Lots of telemarketers do this anyways, because it can be very hard to determine on whose behalf they're calling. However, if you can identify the company they're working for and/or the company they're promoting, you can sue the company for around $500 a phone call.
