This guy swore that there was important information for me, but he sounded creepy as*****.

Forgot to add, also from the same person listed in pb's message, a JB Wellington, III.

I just received the exact same message, at my work number, as GWouston listed above, exactly the same wording and same return call number.

Just got a call from this number and got a message from JB Wellington III. Second time I got this. It is a recorded message telling me to call 866-358-4608
