This phone was used for an obvious scam. The caller said I had won $7.5 Million and a 2020 Mercedes Hybrid. They went through an elaborate process including giving me a special number that they would identify themselves with when they called me. The first caller said he was "Michael Mason" and the next time the caller was "David Gold" I was also given the name of a "Linda Smithson" who would be driving up from Tucson to present my winnings this coming Wednesday 5/27/2020 at 3:30PM. "Mr Gold" then called back and said I needed to purchase a Visa Vanilla Card for $299. I did purchase a card for $20 and when ?Mr Gold called back he wanted me to open up the container that surrounds these cards and read him the number which he said would somehow be used to confirm my iden***y. I'm pretty sure what they do is when they get the number they then use it to create counterfeit cards. I told him I would not do this and I'd played the game long enough and using several expletives told him goodby. About an hour later I got a call from "Mr Mason" wanting to know what was wrong and I told him to f**k off also.
