I think it is WRONG for telemarketers or anyone you don't want calling your cell phone to continue to do so once you have told them you don't want them calling anymore or that you're on the National Do Not Call List! They waste your cell minutes and cost you money. All some people have is a cell phone and cannot afford to go over their minutes, yet these people are allowed to spend your money on ****** calls and are very rude at that! If they are legitimate, why do they **** up on you when you ask for a supervisor? Why do they cuss at you when you tell them you are not interested? Maybe we don't have the money for your product! STOP CALLING!!!!

Have no idea why this number is calling, two, three times a day?

This number belongs to Swift Marketing, 1800 E Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89104,(702) 938-0247, I called and of course all you get is an automated switchboard that answers as "Nevada Corporate Services"... I played with the directory a bit and got multiple business names (these are apparently various companies that they market for). My best advice is to call them back during their "business hours" M-F/9-5 (PST) and advise that if they do not remove your number from any and ALL call lists that you will contact your state attorney general's office--and follow through if they continue calling.  There are also several states that have set up their own websites that you can go to in order to file a complaint with the state attorney general's office directly, for example: for Kentucky, you can go to http://www.nocall.ky.gov or for here in Indiana, you can go to http://www.in.gov/attorneygeneral/consumer/telephone/file_complaint.html .  There are also consumer groups that you can go to for information such as: www.consumeraffairs.com or www.callercomplaints.com.
