How do I get them in trouble for constantly call when I am on the no call list?

I had a call on 4/11/11 at 7:40 P.M. with an offer on a timeshare that sounded too good to be true. I spoke with an Alax Guzman at least that ws the name he used. He gave me the number 702 872-1600 Ext. 1005. They requested an up front fee of $1800. Supposedly they had a buyer and I would be getting papers from the bank where he was getting his loan.

I received a call from this same number, I do have a timeshare and am on the national do-not call list. Every one of my timeshare management companies has said the same thing, do not pay upfront fees or deposits for timeshares sales. Use a broker who only gets paid if they sell your timeshare.When you get calls from these upfront fee/deposit marketing companies,ask them if they are confident they can sell your timeshare. If they said yes, ask them for an upfront feeof $300 and they can earn this back easily from the commission when they sell your timeshare (if they ever do).See how confident they are then!

The number is on the national no-call list.  Further calls will result in formal charges for violating that list.
