Called my phone and the message was a beep as well, tried calling back and it said it was a restricted number and ***g up on me

We got the exact same call two days in a row. Just left a beep. I think it might be telemarketers looking to see when you answer the phone to get an idea o when an operator can call. That's my idea. Could be wrong.

This number called my cell phone (also area code 702) two days in a row. I let it go to voicemail. All it leaves is a beep before the message ends. I don't know who they are.
