This number calls me all the time and ****s up. What kind of scam are they pulling?

These people are calling me all hours, day and night, weekdays and weekends.  They never leave a VM and they **** up whenever I answer.  If they don't stop calling, I swear I will fly out to Vegas and find them.  It WILL NOT end well for them.  This is harassment and it is literally making me insane.  I just want it all to stop!
