I received the same type of call from Mr. Hernandez at work, and the message left on my voice mail was: he could be of****istance to me. As far as I'm concerned this is blatant misrepresentation, and construed as harassment. A joint class action law suite should be filed. Once leagel action is taken and enforced in a court of law a***nst one of these companies, like companies will get the message. Anyone interested in filing a class action law suite?  I'm sure in this economy attorneys are waiting.

I just received a call from this phone number. They had left a message on my mom's number for me to call a Mr. Hernandez. No company information was given and no reference to what the call was about. Luckily, I called back from a public phone. I would not advise anyone to accept a call from this number.
