Oh, after I ***g up on him, he proceeded to call me over and over a***n. up until 2 AM. I swear, if I find this guy, I'm gonna beat the breaks off him.

He is an a**hole. I told him, very sternly (but not rudely yet) that I am tired of getting calls from him (and other people) looking for someone named "Jeff Hill". Then he s****ed getting beliggerant and real mad, so I told him my dad works for ATF here where I live, and I'm going to foward the number to him. But i'm 99% he's a ******, because the guy he's calling (Jeff) owes alot of people money, and keeps using my number as his contact number.

Have gotten calls a few times, the guy that i talk to is a ****. I swore at him last time and he didnt like that at all. Told me he had so****ing real special for me and that I asked if i could "get it in with a local guy" and i told him that he gets in local guys every night. Just mess with these people, string them along and play their game and then humiliate them.  If there is anyway we can figure out a number to call back and get this guy or his affiliate, POST IT!
