I just received a call from this number. Initial delay in speaking. Sounded like a Tele-Center

I received a call from this number. It was a man who asked to speak to "Smith" (not our real last name), as if it were my first name. There was a lot of calling center-type noise in the background. I do not give out my cell number to any businesses, so they must have just been randomly calling. This was clearly a scam/spam call.
