Called me and said my phone bill was past due, and payment was needed. But my phone is not the main number on the account, and bill is up to date. Made payment arrangement and then I was sent a spam text to let me know that arrangement had been broken and to call an 888 number for an important message. When you call them they want you to enter your 5 digit billing zip code to retrieve your message. Excuse me..I think not.
