the same thing happens to me.

Same here--NCC, one ring, no message.  area code 703 is NORTHERN ******ia, the "Beltway" area.

Got a call from this number today, left no message, I called back and they said the company name was NCC.  Not sure who it is or why they called.

I received calls from this number every week for months, don't know who is calling.

Someone called me from this number yes****ay and this morning and didn't leave a message. I guess we'll see if they call me back or not..

We've received several calls from this number.  When I called the number back to inquire about their calls to my home I found that they were trying to reach some party I had never heard of.  Appears to be a medical debt collection company.  It mIght be worth a call back to see what name they're trying to reach.  They cross-referenced the number I was dialing in from with their outbound records, hence they were able to tell me right away who they were trying to contact without my providing any information.

Someone has tried to call me from this number two days in a row.  I haven't answered.  No message either time.
