Leave a CommentI got a call from this number stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit a***nst me. First of all I am on disability and I don't file taxes. I called the number back and all it is is upbeat music.
Got same call... IRS going to file a lawsuit a***nst me... called on my cell. Did not return call. IRS will use USPS to deliver correspondence not call you on phone. AARP had an article in their magazine either last month or month before to keep an eye out for these calls since it is coming up on tax season.
