Debt collections for a gym membership

Crystal said she had to speak to me about an account immediately and I had to call her back today. Yeah, no thank you. If the caller doesn't even leave their company name you can be I'm not calling you back.

Collection agency. I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number. Left a message with number to call back. *** chance, since I don't owe anyone.

They left a voicemail stating they were with a financial company that I didn't recognize (though they mumbled the name). They said they had a claim they needed to talk to me about. I don't have any 'claims' and I didn't call them back. They knew my name but that doesn't matter. Certainly spam of some sort because they were not very forthcoming with information.

I didn't get the call but a friend got the call and they asked for me... I have know clue y or how they got my friends number and y would they call my friend looking for me...plus this isn't even a close friend of mine.
