I would simply say (1) I’m happy to report this call was a pre-recorded marketer, so I did not have to say a word. In fact before I thought about it, I ended the call; (2) if there is a way to “preblock” a number, by all means do so. Unless that is you really enjoy a recorded sales pitch.
