the number calls everyday 2-3 times a day and never leaves a message,and If I answer it they dont say anything..

if that is the case, why did the guy inquire about my deceased mother?  Puzzled!!

Maybe it's looking for VOIP, and will hit you with a keylogger if you answer from you computer, or it's one of those programs that hack your phone when you answer it.

Just got a call from this number. I let it go to voicemail and got a robotic female voice saying "Goodbye"

Yeah, this is a phony baloney Democrat, I'll bet. But the phone companies allow this nonsense. Verizon needs to be put down.

That was what I got - here's a hint:  I am in the Ocean City, MD area and NEVER get calls from a 703 area code.  I have just s****ed a job search in the DC area.  This call has to be connected to that somehow...

trying to track this number as we have a missing person in our family, and would really appreciate any info on this number, called it back and got a message that the voice mail box was full and could not accept any messages,?? Frustrating for our family,

I just got a call and it was exactly the same as yours, George.  So annoying!

I just got a call. Went to my VM and the only message was "Good-by." It was female voice.

I just got a call from this number and it took a long time for them to speak.  The woman on the other end said she was from the Diabetic foundation ask if anyone in my family had diabeties and then ***g up.

That number just called me. I answered and they didn't say anything. Then they ***g up. I'm wat****g Pet Sematary so I'm scared. Lol

I received a call too. No message. I called back twice and it went straight to voicemail.

Any ideas who this might be?

When I call this number back I get a message that states the person at 388-9163 is not available please leave your message and they will get back to you.
