I agree...in my opinion these collectors are basically criminals, and to prove that is easy...their robocalls are illegal, and who knows what else that they are doing which is illegal.These vampires need to be investigated and closed down. People shouild not have to be harrassed like this over debt past the Statute of Limitations, and called at their place of work over it, which no doubt affects the person's credibility on the job and their future earnings****ential.I would be in total agreement to a huge class action lawsuit a***nst these blatant scammers, as well as pursuing criminal charges a***nst them for at the very least, the illegal robocalls..

Asset Acceptance Company:  trying to collect $832.00 fror some unidentified provider.  My records don't show any such transaction.  When pressed, t he caller said that t he charge was health care related.  My employer handles all of my related  health care charges.  I requested paper copy of all transactions.

I do not know anyone in Va. They left no message.

These people call me atleast 10 times a day. Yes****ay morning i had 15 missed calls s****ing from 8:30am-7:30pm. Geez w***ver these people are have no lifes to live. I wouldent bother anyone to answer to answer the phone....they either dont say anything or ****out....call back to back, just ingore the call.

I have a very irritating student who has called me already twice before noon today. I decided not to answer his questions over the study guide a***n until I call him back at 530 today. I let his phone call go unanswered twice in a row without answering. Right at the end of the last call this new number shows up 7033980757 that I have never saw before, it read ACC. I am wondering if this collection agency is using college students as collectors, and they are providing them with cell phones to do so. I am in Oklahoma with an area code of 405. I noticed my student has not called back since the # was on the id.

Do not work with these people.  They will give you payment options and then at the last payment of the agreed amount they some how either lose the payment or tell you that you have to pay more.  SHADY.  Real shady.

This number called me claiming I had a bill on a winstream and or alltel phone.  I never had either one of these phones.  He was rude and pushy.

Caller called and asked for my wife by first name I told him I was her husband and he ***g up.

THIS PHONE NUMBER IS A CELLPHONE NUMBER,I CALLED THE NUMBER A RECORDING CAME ON AND SAID****ET ACCEPTANCE I ***G UP.

This is a debt collection number.  Called it back -they have the name of the deadbeat that had my phone number before I did.  Said they would remove the number.
