Scam selling extended warranty for autos. Calls from multiple different numbers. Many are not even valid numbers.

These people call me at least 10 times a day. When you pick up the phone there is no one there or you hear people talking or yelling in the background. This is an Auto Warranty company wanting you to re-up your warranty. The only problem is that I don't own the car anymore. If someone would answer when I pick up, maybe they would get the message and stop calling. I am on the NO CALL list and they are soliciting or peddaling products that I have no need for or interest in. If anyone ever answers the phone I think I'll call them on it and get as much info as possible and submit a real complaint.

Call my cell on 12/02/08, didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. Since I found this site (CallerComplaints) I am happy to punch in the numbers I don't recognize to file a complaint : ))

I've been receiving calls for a couple of months now. Today, a call came in the middle of my ***hers funeral. Shame on me for having my phone on, but everyone I knew was in the same room with me!

Got this call, too. Didn't answer it. Have gotten several of these "warranty" calls if this is what it is.

This was an automated message offering me an extended auto warranty (even though my car is way past the warranty period in both years and mileage). I have been getting these calls for several months now but it is not always from the same number. The first time I got one of these calls (months ago)I followed the instructions to be removed from their list but it didn't work, they are still calling me.

12/4 @ 1:25 EST on AT&T mobile phone. some warranty company giving me my 2nd and final expiring car warranty warning. i pressed one to speak to an agent and asked her straight up what company this is. answer: "warranty company". i questioned the name of this company and the lady asked if i wanted to be removed and i said yes because i know this is a scam considering i don't own a car and they shouldn't be doing this but she ***g up on me in the middle of everything! is there any legal action to take for this?!?!?!

Called with an electronic recording reminding me to renew a warranty on my car that is 10 years old. My warranty finished long ago, and this organization has been calling me constantly for the past several months. This is extremely irritating, and I am tired of receiving this message!!!

Okay so i have AT&T...so im guessing its all AT&T cell phones. Well people reject the number and it will be fine. usually you go to MENU>SETTINGS>CALL SETTINGS>ALL CALLS>AUTO REJECT>REJECT LIST>CREATE>put the number>SAVE. I have a Samsung, so hopefuly i helped!!

Rcvd call from 703-446-6063 at 4:33 pm on 12/4/08 on my cell phone, called Vehicle Services Inc. but they claim they did not call but did admit they use several companies who provides leads to them. I called the sales # and asked them to contact there lead companies. Also I went to donotcall.gov and regis**** my cell phone and re-registered all my other phone numbers.

repeatedly calls about a warranty on my vehicle. after due diligence I find nothing but complaints about auto warranty. I want these calls to stop. Vehicle Services says that Auto Warranty is their call center who sets up appointments for them.

They keep calling my cell phone everyday. I am pretty annoyed that they are using my cell time to sell me a car warranty I do not need. The whole thing sounds like a scam to me; since I do not own a car. I don't know why are they trying to sell me a warranty! These companies are unscrupulous in their tactics and should be stopped.

This number has called me repeatedly, over months. Has so****ing to do with a vehicle warranty. I checked with my car dealership and they said this is a SCAM, so don't pick up the call or acknowledge the caller!
