Called at 7am on a Sun last week. Scary, only emergency calls are at that time. Called a***n last night (6/7) at 8:30pm. Took me a while to realize it was a recording--saying a medic alert system had already been paid for and was shipping free to me. I had options of #1, accepting shipment and #5 to deny shipment. I pressed #5--we'll see.

Called numerous times, I finally listened to the full call & they give you a option to not be contacted a***n or have the alert system shipped to you. All you have to do is press the number for being removed.. simple.

Called early in the day on the weekend. No message. Very annoying!!

Guy said they had a medic alert package for me that I ordered (why the f** would I need one???) and that they had an "emergency UPS delivery" for me. I told the guy I never ordered it and to take me off the list. Guy was still talking when I ***g up the phone.

They call at least once a day sometimes more often - this is a scam.

Repeated unwanted calls. This is a scam and they obviously have a listing for people on the medalert program. Stop them.

Ditto. Same as others have written. Multiple unsolicited calls, lies about Medic Alert being paid for, violates Do Not Call, ignores federal violations, just keeps talking. Belongs in the Monty Python skit Spam Spam Spam Spam....Wonderful Spam!

Called about Medic Alert - asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times - they ended up ****ing up on me. This is in violation of the Do Not Call

Called twice in 2 days. When I answer "Hello", no response on other end. Caller ID shows Unknown Name and then the number as 703-544-9402. We are also on the DO NOT CALL list. Any suggestions on how to get this to stop?

The man said that someone had paid for a Medical Alert and for the shipping and wanted me to press ! if I wanted it - unfortunately, I pressed 1 and thought about it and ***g up. I am concerned about could happen with this idiot.

This number calls our home phone each day at 11:47 am. We are a young family and do not have any need for durable medical supplies which may be of****istance to the elderly.

Said they wanted to send medical equipment and it was already paid for. second call to me and their OPT 5 does not keep them from calling a***n.

They have called multiple times in violation of Do Not Call. The three comments below are applicable and accurate.
