I suspect this person called while I was asleep the first time. But because I am in a country outside of the usa they probably had no idea about the huge time difference. During the course of the day I received calls from the above number and immediately from another:6473735757. It was only after I said, "having fun aren't you?" that the follow up calls were made seconds after with ID numbers. I returned the calls but from a different number only to get a voice message from two silly, unprofessional sounding women, one with an accent that s****ed off as American and then ended in British. How did these people get my mobile? 703 is in North ******ia. I do not know anyone there. 647 is in Manhattan. This is ridiculous. I do not live anywhere near the USA.  As Woolf Blizter would say, "What's going on?"
