Calls and ****s up b4 i ever get to answer the phone, but never leave s a message, and when i tey to return the call it says the number is incorrect. who r they?

I am on the do not call list, so I don't know why this continues to happens...How can I (we) make this stop...

703-653-0551 called this morning - I did not answer the call.  It left a cut off voicemail.  I blocked the number via my wireless carrier's website spam tools.Either way, keep reporting these harassing callers to the FCC.  Use any call blocking service you have (check with your phone/cell carrier) to block the numbers from calling a***n, and let your carrier know that you have been receiving these kinds of calls, as they may have other ways to deal with these unwanted calls.  If you haven't already, put your number on the National Do Not Call List.In short:File a report with the FCC (online or by phone)Use call blocking services (if available from your phone company)Inform your phone company you are receiving these callsPut your number on the National Do Not Call ListWhile I would hope these suggestions would help the calls stop for you and me alike, these people keep operating and calling us anyway.  But remember to be proactive in exploring all available avenues of recourse to fight these unwanted calls.  Keep logging them, keep reporting them.  If you have any other useful advice about how to fight these people, post it so we can all help fight together.

these people call 8-9 times a day in all hours , when I answer it all I hear is people laughing in the background then ****ing up or as soon as I answer they **** up .

the carrier states we can call The Verizon Unlawful Call Center @ 800-257-2969 or 800-518-5507 and s**** a case a***nst these harrasers. They are open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm eastern time

They keep calling my cell phone. Everytime I answer they don't say anything, they just **** up. When I try to call back I either get a busy signal or it says it is not in service.

They call me about 3 times a day every day. I'm s****ing to get very irritated. I tried calling the number back, but all I got was a busy signal...

Have asked repeatedly to have my number removed from their calling list.  When they called today, I answered and told the lady that I have asked repeatedly to have my  number removed from their calling list and she promptly ***g up on me.  When you call this number back, you get a fast busy signal.

Calls all the time, doesn't want to say who they are and when you call back the line is busy. I am sick of the bullsh*t.

I've been getting this number on my cell phone. They called August 22 @ 10:46am, Aug 24 @ 9:59am, and Aug 24 @ 8:58pm. I never got to talk with anyone because the call finished when I checked the number.
