Received a recorded message about refinancing your mortgage if you are behind and c****es from the Obama administration. I looked up the number and they are listed as Citibank in Alexandria, VA. The number they called is on the do not call list and we have no dealing with them, so they are most likely in violation of the do not call list. Don't live anywhere near ******ia.
