Still at it, spam & blocked

This number called our landline number. I didn't answer and let it go to voicemail. Amusingly, the caller did not realize that her call had connected to voicemail and I could hear her carry on a conversation with someone near her. It is apparently some sort of call center. You could hear numerous other callers on their phones, all the while the woman who called us was completely unaware she was connected & recording - breathing loudly, typing, chuckling at whatever conversation she was involved in. Definitely spam. Located somewhere in Woodbridge, VA.
