He sells devices on eBay and commits fraud

Currently posting relentlessly on eBay including this number to call to ‘give me a ring & call & we can take care of payments & everything’, avoiding eBay buyer protections, If seen, please report listings to eBay as fraudulent for removal.

They asked me to Zelle $260 their name popped up as jioivana Hernandez! Do not send money ! Scammer! Their Zelle account was actually tied to a 305 number

He "sold" me a ps5 and asked me to zelle the money. Im idiot and fell for it. Scammed!

Claimed he sold on eBay Said he was Josh. Very polite, struck me as southern and a little polite if dumb. It was really disingenuous. Unlike other people here I actually think he’s from Man***as Virginia. He said he worked at an electronics store and he bought the item as a return item as an employee discount. I didn’t recognize the name.

I just sent him a Zelle payment, which was denied by my bank for the Xbox series X. I was scammed too.

We should get the police on this *****

Proceed with extreme caution with this scammer, they are the biggest POS. All his Meta Quest 3, Xbox, and PS5 listings are fake. If you do have time, just waste his time or shoot a message to him saying, "Go fxck himself".

Beware of this scammer! They speak perfect English and are very clever. I was trying to buy Meta Quest 3 through the eBay description, and the scammer gave me a Venmo address to pay him. This scammer uses eBay descriptions then they say some BS about eBay shipping being high so contact him through that number" to lure victims and then uses nonrefundable app like Venmo and CashApps.

Watch out, didn't fall for it but this person is a scammer. I saw a suspicious listing on eBay for a PS5 at half price but with a $200+ shipping charge and in the description he says to call him to purchase since eBay shipping fees are over $200 but that's false. Many people have been scammed already and I'm glad I googled this number.

I just got scammed out of a ps5. His email was [email protected], which had his Zelle name, Joseph Estrada. I want revenge, how do we get it.

Running an eBay scam to sell Xbox's and PS5's. Tracked his IP while communicating and gave to the police, beat the VPN. Should be investigated shortly.

Figured out the scam, the phone number belonged to the Jared guy. I was able to get in contact with him, he’s been the victim of a serious identity theft crisis for about 2 years now, one of the people involved is named Liane Ayuyu. If anyone else has any information on the others I’d recommend letting him know.

This guy is "selling" a ps5 for a suspisiously low price. He picks the most expensive shipping possible and then puts his phone number in the description saying that ebay is inflating the shipping and to just text or call him to work out the details. From there he gets you to pay him through some unrefundable method like cashapp, venmo, or paypal friends and family. Clever scam.

I was also scammed on ebay. Out $281. Used cashapp. Cash app tag was $tiffboyd24. Also given fake usps tracking number

I commented on 6/27/23. I got him to click on a grabify link and got his IP address. It is 99.2.96.63 . If you were scammed by him too please file a report with the FBI here https://www.ic3.gov/ and with the FTC here https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/ , and with the postal service if he sent you a tracking number. If you know how to get more info on this guy please do it so this guy stops stealing.

My son was just scammed last week. Also a ps5 on eBay. He went through zell and used the name Jared Adams. Our reported to State Police. I'm going to give them this information as well.

This guy also scammed me out of ~300 bucks for a PS5. Please report this guy to the FTC at a minimum, he's clearly been doing this for months to tons of people. This POS needs to go to jail.

My son just got scammed by this person too.....trying to buy a PS5 on Ebay, but had him do it thru paypal. and for him it was Jared Christian Anderson, just went out to ebay and see the same pictures but now it's under melindamoshuk. Everyone file with the FTC maybe this person will be caught if we all report to FTC and file a police report.

Fell for the scam today aswell does anyone have any updates? His name might be josh weisenfield as I have his Venmo information. His Venmo username is trabis-slith. I found another transaction on his Venmo account with someone who also is on Instagram with a similar username as the scammers eBay under their followers list.
