Automated message, called me on my cell phone saying that I have a complaint a***nst me and will be served with papers. Directed me or my attorney to call an 800 number. This isn't proper procedure in any part of the US. Obvious scam if you know how the legal process works at all, even a little bit. Was not personalized at all, just a recorded message with ***ue threats. Probably fishing for more information, so my bet would be to not try calling back.
