Caller claimed someone made a fake Amazon account using my credentials and hacked into my IP address. When I said I thought this was a scam caller disconnected phone call.

I think it is the Department of State.

I got a call from this number twice.It is a govt agency because i picked up. He would not say which govt agency he works for but did say that his name is Ali.

Hmm, got called twice with no msg.  Must not've been that important.

The mystery has been solved. This is, in fact, a US Government number. Note the 703 Northern ******ia area code. If you do not pick up within a certain number of rings, it will disconnect the call. It is their outgoing number only and one cannot get in by calling back. That's the reason for the "not in service" message.But, the reason for such a system is beyond my comprehension."We're from the Government and we're here to help you."

I got a call from this Number but Caller ID said it was a US Government #. I called it vack and got the same this number is not in service message as everyone else.

the same number called my phone and i returned the call and the same thing happened...number not in service, i want to know who this is and is there anyone who didnt miss the call.

I continuously get calls from this number, no message ever left and calling back reveals same as others' comments - this number is not in service.

I missed this call as I was on the other line. When I called bcak, the voice message said, the number was out of service.

I called back also. The number is still not in service.
