This organization is a royal pain. They will call 5 times a day no matter how many times one asks them not to call. The only way I have found to get rid of the pests is to play along as far as you can, not giving them any true information on yourself. When you have gotten to the bigger cheeses who will try to finalize the deal, inform them that you have enough information to call your Senator and Congressman to stop them. I did this 3 years ago and they have not called since.

I have received multiple calls from Jim White at Federal Mortgage Svc. I have pressed 2 to opt out, but still get calls. I don't even have a mortgage. I don't have caller ID so I can't see the caller phone number and I am on the "Do not call list" Help. Please tell me how to report this abuser.

After numerous calls and **** ups, I pressed the response key to talk to an agent. When he came on the phone I asked to be removed from the call list. He challenged why I had even answered the call and ***g up on me. I'm still getting calls from this telemarketer.

Still calls after request to be removed from calling list.. Will be reporting to Oregon Attorney General..

Same experience as described by Joan. Have "opted out" at least a half dozen times, but continue to get these automated calls -- sometimes 3 times a day.

Shows up as unknown name, unknown number but fits the other descriptions here. They call me with a pre-recorded message at least several times a week.If you wait through the message there is a way to opt out - only it does NOTHING and the calls continue to drive you mad at the most inopportune times.

Calls received daily for over a week now.

They call me with a pre-recorded message several times a week from an Unavailable number. Have been asked not to call, to no avail.

We are on the no call list, but we got a recorded call from this person at Federal Mortgage Services around 12:30PM on August 21, 2009. This is the second recorded call we have received from this company. I do not know what the phone number was from which he called.

Says that they are the Federal Mortgage Services. Jim White or Webb. Call everyday even though they have been requested not to call.
