"Unknown Name" said they wanted to ask survey questions about seniors. I gave them my favorite reply. "Thank you for calling our Consumer Information and Marketing Hotline. The fee for using this service is $25 for the first minute, and $25 for each additional minute. Before we can proceed, I'll need a valid VISA or MasterCard number or a company Purchase Order number." They ***g up. I don't expect them to call back.
