Male voice said: "Hi there. you received a call from a credit card scammer. I suggest when this number comes up in the future you just answer the phone or you can waste their time"

They called and said it was my second and final notice to lower my interest rate. Sounded automated and was not relevant.

I just got a call from that # and answered the phone and was put on hold they justed called me. So I called the # back and it said this # is voice mail so****ing and can't receive calls at this time. this must be a scrammer or spammers.
