704-237-3302 is the number that ISI Alarms uses for their RoboCalls. Their call center is in Matthews, NC at 704-246-5949. I told the salesman that I was a law enforcement officer and would be calling my co-workers at the Attorney Generals Office if they called one more time. He acted scared and began to apologize for the inconvenience! He said it would take 24hrs to remove my number from their database (yeh, I've heard that one before). The best thing to do is tell the robo that you own the property (that will get you a live person). Tell the person that you live with your mother who owns the property and that you want her to have an alarm. Ask if you can upgrade to a medical alarm. Tell the salesman to wait while you get her. Come back and say that she's in the bathroom/getting food out of the oven/etc. and will be there in a few minutes (she's uses a walker). Put the phone down and go about your life. I've had telemarketers wait as long as 22 minutes for "Mom" to come to the phone. They never call back because I've done the ultimate to them... This time, I went through the robot and spoke with Jack Higgin. I learned from him that calls are made from ISI call center at 919 Main Street Mooresville, NC 28117. He said that ISI is a licensed dealer for Honeywell and that they use Monitronics as their monitoring center. There are several Monitronics companies on the BBB website, so it is unknown how they fit in to ISI's scheme. I called Honeywell Security Systems at 800-573-0154. I explained what is going on, and they were VERY happy to take the info and forward it to their legal department. (IMaybe telling them that I had filed a complaint with the NC Atty Gen's office might have had so****ing to do with it!) I RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE WITH AN ISI COMPLAINT CALL HONEYWELL AND COMPLAIN! I've filed a 2nd complaint with the NC Atty Gen's office.

Has been calling about 2 times a week for over 2 years...even though we've told them multiple times that we ALREADY have an alarm system. I HIGHLY recommend adding this number to your "block" list on your smart phone.

Company is ISI Alarms and has a F rating with BBB. s****ed in 2006 in Concord, NC. Owned by Jayson Waller and his wife Elizabeth. They live at 9742 Capella Ave. Concord NC in a newer $500k home. Company moved to new building in 2011 at 919 Main St Mooresville NC 800-650-2712 and now has 200 telemarketers. Here is what they said at time of move "Waller said ISI was a door-knocking company from about 2005 to 2008 but now is "about 95 percent telemarketing." Klink said, "What we try to do is generate inbound calls for our call center here. We do it via outbound telemarketing."
