We have received calls with identical or very similar recorded messages about getting a lower interest rate from this and other telephone numbers. Filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2 is easy and doesn’t take long. You don't have to be on the Do Not Call list to file a complaint. Reporting these illegal and annoying phishing calls may eventually get w***ver is behind them in trouble with the law. After receiving two calls on the same day, I began filing a complaint after each incident--and in the notes section of the form I do***ent the number, date and time of every prior call. I make it easy to do this by keeping a word processing do***ent on my computer desktop from which I copy and paste the updated list of previous calls. Hope others will choose to join me.

I am on the do not call and this got through. I did not reply. Figuired it was a scam and everyone here agrees

I believe this is a scam. I got call from 704-264-5730 and got connected with person named Grace. She told me that her company represent all major Credit Companies such as Visa, Master Card, America Express, etc.. She tried to get me personal info and **** up when I asked about to provide more info about her company.

Yes, I just recieved a call from this number. What's bad, I registered the number they made call to on the do not call list since this is what our company requires us to do. Why have a do not call list if it's being ignored?

got a call from this number. i dialed back using a blocked number. the call went directly to voice message. a male voice stated that it was the mailbox for a "OneAll" or so****ing that sounded similar to that. I have no idea what this is...

Got a call on cell phone - the same message also comes through from 802-321-1223. I am listed on all Do Not Call lists and they still come through

I keep getting calls to my cell phone. From posts and others complaints I gather they are a creditcard re-financing company - but I have NO CREDIT CARDS!! How can I get them to stop calling!! How the heck did they get my cell phone number to begin with - I am- and have been for years- on the government and state DO NOT CALL LISTS. They NEVER leave a message! ENOUGH ALREADY!!

I keep finding “NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC – GA “ as a reference to (704)-264-5730 and the caller Id I get is from a cell phone but who knows. They lie and c****e what our caller id shows. Why can’t the law get involved on people like this? If you ever can get anyone on the phone from (704)-264-5730 then use a good coaches whistle and **** out that persons ear drum! Remember… They keep call us.

Just received the 13th recorded call in the last 30 days from "Rachel with Cardholder Services" offering to lower my credit card interest rates. I'm on the national and state do not call lists. I've filed several complaints about Cardholder Services with both agencies over the last 3 years. All I get in response is "we're working on it". What does it take to put these folks in jail?
