These people called me> saying I owe $300.00. I have NEVER borrowed $300.00. He threatened to go to my job etc. I could'nt understand him from India. I told him I was calling the police and FBI he ***g up. Don't fall for anything from these people.

thank you for posting this online, i received these calls today and they had me terrified, b/c i never received any money. When i goggles the number and saw this posted it really put me at ease, THANK YOU!!!

Received another call, first call they left me a voice mail. Second call I answered. I also let them know that it was a SCAM they actually said how did you know.

I recieved a phone call today at work that was exactly the same.Telling me I had committed fraud but not wanting to give my any information.  Not only did they call once but called at least 15-20 times. We finally had to get the police involved. It appeared to be two people that were calling.

SCAM.... received a call about a month ago with the same thing.

Just received the same phone call, recieved one about a month ago stating that they were going to come and take me to court on a friday which they never did.  Gentleman speaks extremely broken english.

i got a call today at work from a rancho davis and santiago camcho saying i took a payday loan cash advance and a judgment is being filed a***nst me for non payment. i asked for the number to the company that was taken me to court i was told that they didnt want to talk to me they just wanted there payment i told them that i have a copy of my bank statement and that there was never any money placed into my account i asked how much was the loan i was told 300.00 dollars and with taxes and paper fees it cam out to 580.00 i laught and told them i will go to court. if anyone contact you with this number please do not give out your info. i hope this helps out
