Secondly if you claim to have a legal issue with me then you should not be verifying nothing you should already have it so go file your little court do***ent and I will see you in court. As for your employer remind him it is a***nst the law for anyone to harass you over a public line of communication and that your employer is already gathering the phone records to file charges a***nst him for harassment. Let him know that you are posting the fraudulent information on the internet and that your phone line is being monitored by the police department so it is only a matter of time before he is behind bars. all or part of it may or may not be true but what is he going to do. He doesn't know me am I bluffing or does he take the chance to continue calling me and get caught or move on to try his scam on someone new. POST THIS INFORMATION OF HIS SCAM ON FACEBOOK IF YOU HAVE A PROFILE AND THE WORD WILL SPREAD LIKE WILDFIRE. You may not be able to stop him from ever doing it a***n but he will stop calling you. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give him any information not even you name. Make up information and let him do what he wants to with it. Fight back. If you have ever applied or inquired about a cash advance loan online they sell your information and this is where he has gotten partial information and needs the blanks to be filled in. For each of us who don't fall for the scam there will be 10 or 20 who answer all of his questions and give him everything he needs. Fight back. This is happening way too much and law enforcement  doesn't have the resources to ***t theses scam artists down. Good luck everyone. Harassing me at work and the guy "Don Mathews" even told me to shut up and wanted to talk with my supervisor.  Supposedly I took a payday loan/cash advance from some company--Nope not me!  Somehow need to figure out how to get their number blocked from being able to call me at work.  Will report to police so they at least have it on record.  Lady that called said her name was Keana Evans.  With their strong foreign accents I doubt that either name is real.  May be linke to another number with same protocol for harassment--607-595-1741

The same thing is happening to me.  They are absolutely bogus.  Just tell them that you know they are fake and that you have reported them to your local police department and they should go away, at least for a while.  No idea who these freaks are but it is pretty hilarious that they give names like "Janet Smith" with a thick, thick Indian accent.

They are calling my work looking for me about a loan.  The secretary at work told the lady with strong accent to stop calling.  She told the secretary that she could not be unreachable and to go to*****.

same thing, however they are saying they are with ge money bank, they have all my information- social security number, home, cell, work number, and unfortunately cc card info. they claim they loaned me 300.00 (not a chance) and have even s****ed harrassing me at work. taking legal action. hope that this helps. they are relentless!!
