CAROLINA MEDICAL CMS--Stop calling!!! its to the point of qualifying as harrassment

this is a call from Carolinas Medical System.  they have a harassing policy of calling to make sure you have received your bill, even if it's only been mailed out for a day or two.  what's really annoying is they call you and put you on hold before someone answers.  i rec'd my bill on 4/15, mailed the check on 4/18, and rec'd a bill on 4/19.  the kicker is that they will give you a 20% discount on your bill if you pay by phone.  ***?  why not get a discount for paying your bill on time.  a**holes.
