I have been receiving multiple calls with no message being left.  I was home this morning and decided to answer.  Apparently, my full name and address was listed as a 'second contact' number on a 'case file' with 'DC Investigators'.  The name on the case file was someone I have never heard of.  I provided no information - the man I spoke with had my full name and address and told me it would be removed from the case file.
