I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from the litigation department. When I expressed that I didn't recognize who that was, I hung up the phone. He called back, stating that I had hung up rudely, and informed me that he would proceed with legal action. He mentioned that he was not legally obligated to contact me. He then condescendingly added, "Have a blessed day!" What legal firm is this?
