Been going through this to,this is a scam.My Bank is going after them for fraud.next time the call tell them you know it's a scam you are recording the call and tell them you are going to send everything to your State Attorney office and Federal trade commission.I did this today and he wasin a real hurry to get off the phone.Go on google enter the phone number,it tells you it's a scam

I have been receiving calls at work and on my cell from these people. They are very rude and have a strong Indian accent. They keep telling me to give them a credit card or bank account number so I do not get charged with fraud. I have been using the *67 feature on my phone to hide my number and I have been calling them back daily as much as 20 times a day harassing them. they get so mad it is quite funny. they curse and call you names and say things about your wife or mother. Finally the guy asked me to stop calling and said he was going to report me for harassing him!!!!! I laughed and told him to go right ahead. He got so mad he s****ed to scream at me and then ***g up. If you have the time, harass them it is rather fun and maybe they will get the hint.

I've been receiving calls all day on cellphone and my work phone. His accent was so strong and he sounded so angry. He wanted me to confirm my information, these people need prosecuted.

I recieved a phone call from (704) 456 1060 claiming I had gotten a cash advance and never bothered to pay it back. They threw an amount at me and said that they if I didnt pay that through them, I would see them in court. They refused to provide any other information, even so****ing as simple as the name of the company who has this so called lawsuit out on me. They said they couldnt provide that. A few flags that went up in my head by the end of the call was the fact that everyone I spoke to sounded like they were from India. They refused to provide me any information I asked for and also refused to let me see or know anything about this lawsuit. Towards the end of the call the person I was talking to proceeded to get very offensive and s**** name calling and then put me on hold, picked up a few minutes later, and played dumb to everything I tried to say. I provided them with no information and now that I know for sure this is a scam, will file a police report a***nst these people. Do not trust this number, nor should you provide them with any information whatsoever.

Ok, guys I found out these people were. I called their telephone company 919-719-1000 Us Lec of North Carolina. They contacted them immediately. It is a company set up in NC, but they are in India. It's like call forwarding. Please call their telehone company and report them! I did, the representative was appauled at some of the things I told her they said to me. If they get too many of these reports they will disconnect their lines. Also you can call *57 after each of their call, this automatically reports them as harrassment calls to your telephome co (verizon anyway)... let's fight back!

This is crazy. They called me several times at home and work. They say all types of things to you to get you to tell them your information. Yes they do have my last four digits of my social, but they wont get anything with it..I cant even get anything with it. I applied for a paydayloan and never continued with it. I guess they are upset. What I dont understand is that they see that youapplied for a loan, common sense will tell them that you dont have any money! What a bunch of ****holes...They sound west indian to me, And they are in another country because you can hear it when you call back. We should s**** playing in their lines and see if they like it.

Here's the deal.  Its all lies.  No legal debt collector will threaten you.  It is a***nst FTC.  File a complaint with the FTC and file a local police report for harrassment.  Give them the phone number.  I did the above.  I also c****ed my number.  If it was legal then they would supply you with it in writting.  It is not legal not to give it to you in writing.  I am done dealing with them.  I do not owe any payday loan.  They got my info from the payday loan I did online.  Somehow they tapped into it or faked a business in order to get people to give them money.  It is fraud.  DO NOT fall for it.  REPORT them.  The more people who do so the better for all of us.  Who ever is doing this will be reading these boards and knows who is scared of them or not.  Its fake.  Report them to the police and file an actual police report like I did for harassment.  I have it all on my cell records the number of times they called.  I also voice record and tell them I am doing so.  I can say it enough but gosh REPORT them.  You do not need a name or name of company to do so.  You have a phone number.  Report the phone number!!!

his number has been calling my husband, my daughter and myself over and over. They call my daughter at work and on her personal phone, they have information of where she lives, works, and last four digits of social and a case number.  Told me I needed to get my daughter to give them credit card info, that she had committed a severe crime and that if we did not help them they would be seeing us also in the court house. They told my daughter that if she did not pay them some money, that harm would be coming to her..they know where she works. The caller to my husband was Steven Johnson. Told my husband that he would be sorry that he did not help him. None of the callers can speak English, you can't hardly understand a word they say. My husband told them to give him their address so he could come and take care of this and they would not give any information. He asked to talk to a supervisor and of course they would not comply. Every time he would ask for a city, they kept telling him North Carolina. My husband kept telling him, No, In the United States, that is a state, what city are you in so I can come there. LOL no reply of course. Don't give any info to these people. If the calls continue I am filing a complaint a***nst the number for harassment and threats. By telling us that we would be in severe trouble also for not giving a message is asinine.

Read my message below and give these people nothing - don't even let them talk to you on the phone - just tell them they are extortionists and if they show their face in Texas, you will sick the Attorney General of your state on them.

Listen to this - I know these guys are based in Mumbai, India - they get your information from a creditor who may be angry with you because you have not paid a payday loan off yet.They try to scam money out of you by scare tactics.I told that "****' world piece of **** to come to my home and serve me the papers - because when he gets there I am going to throw him off my cliff.Do not give these people your credit card information they are extortionists.  If you find out which creditor set them on you - you have grounds for a major case of harrassment and abuse.  This creditor violated the Fair Debt Practices Act.  they may argue that you gave them permission to sell your information to third party contacts, but this is overly abusive and very threatening.  I believe even a crime may have been committed by the original creditor.

I received about 20 calls in a row from these people today. I tried calling back and got a "This international call cannot be completed as dialed...". I'm pretty sure they are scammers. And if you did say they were asking for a fax, don't do it! That has happened to me before and I'm almost 100% sure they are the same people who tried to scam me in the past and steal my iden***y. I'm so reporting them

I received a threatening message about bad consequences to my daughter if I didn't call back.  The man was foreign and diff to understand.  The threat was clear...

I just recevied a phone call as weel from a foriengn guy, and was very demanding,He had all my information, and said that if i dont try and settle this matter, it will go to court,and that a warrant will be sent out to me,because I didnt settle out of court...he ask for my informaton, containing card information and if i wanted the case stopped then I will have to fax a authrozation form to him with my information and how much I will be paying in payments,,,Is this a game, are these people inden***y thefts? PLEASE HELP, i DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

I just received the same phone call said that if I don't call back I would face legal matters if anyone knows who they are please let me know

I  could not understand the woman in the message, but she said if I didn't return the call, I would be facing some serious legal matters. She knew the last digits of my social and had a case number for me, but it sounded really weird. I'm not sure if I should call back or not, but she has called me a couple of times today
