I received a phone call from a CIL representative name James Andersen, who had a foreign accent.  He told me that I had a legal case file that would be submitted if I did not resolve a past debt with a payday loan. James Andersen and John O' Brien even went as far as to call my current employer stating that they would be submitting the legal case file claiming that I used my current employers company ID to commit fraudulent activities and have parti****ted in criminal activities.  My boss and I sat in the conference room to try to obtain information about what this call meant.  I am still receiving threating calls and all I stated was that I would like a copy of the legal case file.
