Said they were with highway patrol and to call them back as soon as possible. Did not answer when i called back

I would be served with an arrest warrant.

Called this number back and it was supposedly a police department in a town 30 min away from me but the girl who answered couldn't give me any information about who called me or why (sus). They call from a private number first and then from this number and will call back to back to back before giving up after trying 10 times and this is the second time this has happened with this number.

Threatening as Durham police. I don't live in Durham county. Also it's a 704 number.odd and tried to tell me I was being served with trespassing
