identified as "auto care" and said your insurance has been lowered by 35%. Asked for email address and caller was eastern sounding female (i.e. India, ****stan)

Got called twice from this number. The first time I did'nt pick up, the second time a computer sounding voice said "Goodbye"

Keeps calling and when I call back says the number is not in service.

I called this number back and got a message. A woman's voice apologized - saying that her phone was calling randomly and that it was an error. She also said that she's notified Verizon of the error and hopefully, it would be resolved quickly. I'm skeptical that this is really the case.
