We have got a call from these idiots three times now. If this is an attempt to collect any debit (which I don't have) they will tell you that anything will be used to collect such debit. I am so tired of these people! They call all just keep calling I will be more than happy to tell them they are idiots.

Same old story. You get a recorded message that someone has filed suit a***nst you and you need to call this number or press #1 to speak immediately to someone. This is a scam people!!! I had them on the line for 15 minutes and they kept trying to tell me someone would be by tomorrow to serve me papers. When I asked who, they said they weren't sure, probably Kevin Harper. First of all, if someone is going to serve you papers, it would be law enforcement, no an individual. They didn't even know where I lived. All they want is for you to get scared and pay them so****ing. Secondly, tell them that you want the papers served so you have credible evidence for your court case. You can also tell them that your call is being recorded...that makes them immediately **** up. Please DO NOT give them ANY information. The more info they have, the more they can harass you and your family. They will do anything to get you to pay them so****ing. If you know how to play the game, they get upset and will stop calling you.

Call from this number , led to an answering service . Called back same thing. I own no one any money and don't know how they got my phone number .

I got a call using my name telling me a case number and saying there was a civil case a***nst me. I have collection accounts so this could be one of them. Not sure how they can file a civil case a***nst me out of state. Might be typical collector scare tactics.
