This phone number is being used to run a scam on craigslist selling a $6,000 welder for $400 cash only. The phone number is never answered. An announcement identifies it as a text only number. This same ad is being used on the Boston craigslist. That number is never answered. You have to text message of forward an email. Yet this same ad is running in Boise, Idaho with an area code reported to be used only for scamming. The report said, "Any calls coming from this area code is a scam."
