This is the phone number of a man named "Chris". His businees name is "Chris' Tree Service". He cut and trimmed 1/2 of a tree and left the rest undone. It looks terrible. My parents are in their seventies in age. They paid "Chris" in full before he finished the job, now they cannot get him to answer their phone calls and he will not come back to finsh the job and he will not call them back.
