Leave a CommentThese people call me every day. The only day I haven't had a phone call is sat and sun. I have told them over and over I have no money and when I do I will pay the one I owe it to. They told me we well call you every day until you pay.
I don't know if it's the same number, because what is here is 1-800-276-2423, BUT it IS Prince Parker and****ociates, and I know what it's about. A certain bank is calling MY PARENTS about a bill on ME! this had BETTER STOP!!! My parents are old, and do not need this ****!!!
Best way to stop collection agency cold..Certified Letter..Cease and Desist..search the web for examples. Under the Federal Fair Collection Practices Act, agency's must not contact you after you advise them in writing, that you will ONLY deal with the original creditor. If they do, then you have the s**** of a case a***nst them, in small claims, or more. Visit the www.creditinfocenter.com for more info.Note: Doesn't matter if you are not the person they are looking for, the collector's don't care, they are either poorly trained or not at all. Collection company bankingn on you no knowing the law or not doing anything about it, but pay up.FTC complaint waste of time.Knowledge is power..that's how to get them to stop.FYI..not affilitaed with the above site..just a good place to s**** learn about law.
Who are these people?I had a missed call from this number.I called back and message said the phone number i dialed is incorrect???
Perhaps contacting the President at home may help?Mr Jeffery Parker9540 Gwynnbrook CoveGermantown, TN 38139
The collection in very harrasing ask them to stop calling me at work, she said okay, then her manager turn around and call me anyway...very annoying pair...collecting for ATT
A rather nasty woman called me at my job to say she wanted to talk to me about an AT&T "case". I've never had AT&T services in my life! What a scam outfit these people are! Their threats are useless because no "collection agency" out there will spend the money to take someone to court. Half the time these companies are located out of state and have purchased the "account" for pennies on the dollar. Except for me because, like I said, I've never had AT&T services in my life. I guess they are taking the route of the email scammers from overseas!!!
They called me about a medical debt and I made a payment of more than half. After that they called me WEEKLY to collect the rest. After I informed the woman that my husband lost his job & they'd get the money when I had saved it up, we agreed on paying a lesser amount by the end of december (this was in early november). They have continued to call me every day. This is outrageous, it's not like I am trying to skip out on my debt, I really just don't have the money to pay it in full and they will not accept installment payments.
I think you should call the owner as many times as they have called you until the owner, personally, can explain the reason for the numerous and constantly harassing telephone calls. It they can do it to you, then its only fair that you can do it to them. These people call me every single day as well. First off it's a restricted number, so I continue to just answer and **** up on them. They call continuesly and then call from the 704#. I just keep answering and ****ing up and eventually they stop after about the 5th time and I don't hear from them until the next day. I am getting sick of this. I just got a new number, so I'm sure that they're trying to get ahold of the previous owner of the number, but who knows. It's getting old and annoying and it needs to stop!
these people call my home alot but we never answer calls from numbers we don't know because there are alot of different numbers with different names that come up on caller id that have people doing this for different reasons, they not only say they are collections, some have said they are finance companies trying to get you to give them your banking info or credit card info. they tri to tell you they can refinance your home loan or what ever with a lower rate just to get this info, so please goggle any unknown name or number before giving any info, and also report all these numbers to the fcc
they call 30 times within 3hrs
I got a call from 704-815-0158 asking for my sister, I stated that I am her brother, the man at the other end ***g up the phone. I tried to call the number back and received a recording that that the call could not be completed to please check the number and dial a***n.
call from a debt collection for family memb everday that dont live with me
I got a call from a woman, who left a message, as I generally don't answer calls I don't recognize. came from 704-815-0158 but she gave me the number 704-246-2472, with a long "case number" I should reference when calling back. And to ask for Nicole. Well, I didn't, because I went online instead and found all of this info regarding that number! I never HAD AT&T service. I might have had it years ago in NYC, but it wouldn't be under the name she asked for, it would have been under my full name. And, not so sure it was in my name, I think it was under my roommates. I don't have a hospital bill...I'm good on all credit cards... have debt, but I pay on time... SO what the*****? My girlfriend says she'll call for me, I'm too su****ious of scams...
STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!! THIS CONS***UTES HARASSMENT!
theses idiots keep contacting me in regards to some bill that i have never heard of. back off you don't know who the f*** i am or how powerful my wrath really is!
I had ATT DSL service for about 8 months. I cancelled the service, moved, sent them proof of moving and the charges kept coming. I contacted them multiple times and asked them to send me a final bill with adjusted charges since I had not been at the old place for almost a year. They agreed to take away the charges and cancel my account. Now I am getting a call from this place saying I owe way more than they had told me I had my final bill at. I told them this, and they said that I would have to contact ATT. I didnt let this representative talk too much as I am pretty good with words. Just dont let them speak and tell them what to do and they will stop bothering you.
ATT is trying to hold me liable for a contract the prior owners signed in 2004 and fullfilled in 2007. I cancelled my service to get 1/2 price through Comcast and they sent me a bill for $500.00 less he credit I should have received back for $120.00 overpayment. They are stating in now automatically renews without my consent or ever having my signature. This group of idiots at the laughable "lawfirm" of Prince Park &****oc. is trying to bully me into paying with no proof of the debt. My close friend and lawyer has asked me to get a copy of the contract as well as a contact name and address, they don't want to supply this. I'm sure they're holed up in some cheesy tenement building eating big macs and laughing their fool heads off. I'm also sure by the lack of intelligence in their s***ch, that they haven't paid a bill in a long time themselves!I say "***** Them and AT&T"! I'm sure there will be a stop to this eventually.
WE JUST NEED TO USE THE FEW WEAPONS THE GOVERNMENT GIVES US A***NST THESE FOOLS. JUST ONE LETTER, A FEW DOLLARS TO SEND IT CERTIFIED AND IF THEY KEEP ON THEN TAKE THE TIME TO SUE THEM AND SMILE AS YOU USE THEIR MONEY TO PAY OFF THE DEBT IF IT IS LEGALLY YOURS AND IF NOT ENJOY IT.§ 1692c. This is your weapon to fight these and all others who think the average American do not know the laws that protect them. They keep calling our business regarding an advertising bill that I****umed we paid off but has one individual pointed out even though you may have cancelled with them they still continue to bill you now they say we owe them $3,600.00. They have there nerve! Scare tactics dont work for me so I just tell them I will speak with someone in our company higher up and get back to them regarding a payment arrangment and never do! We will send them small increments every month
This has just happened to me right now so I googled this information and there are not enough words to describe how irritated I am right now. This lady by the name of Emilia has called my parent's small business and first demanded to speak to accounts payable. I told her that person was not here. She flipped out and made racist and biased comments about my parents having a hispanic business with an american name. She was more than insulting. I'm filing more than a complaint. I am going to raise*****.
A very rude woman (Felicia Sterling) called our house about an outstanding debt owed to AT&T. She became very rude very quickly. As I tried to explain that the debt was due to a fraudulant line, her demeanor became more rude and more demanding. After deciding that she would not listen to my explanation that the matter had been taken care of, I ***g up the phone and tried to dial the number. It was unable to take incoming phone calls. Then I looked online and found this page where I called 800-276-2423 and logged a formal complaint.
they are a collection agency for AT&T.contact the AT&T corporate office to have it stopped. 404-927-7400.Prince-Parker &****ociates8625 Crown Crescent CourtPO Box 474690Charlotte, NC 28247-4690800-276-2423
This number has been calling me. Sometimes the Caller ID will register as PRIVATE. I'm not ******. Won't answer those calls. They left a message to call back the toll free number 800-276-2423 with an extension number. Shortly after, I received call from this 704 number. I left AT&T services for more reputable company because they would not honor the rebates and promotional pricing they promised me when I signed up. After calling several times and "resolving" the billing errors, I kept getting bills that wouldn't reflect the conversation I had with the reps at AT&T. Finally got fed up after 8 months and switched back to previous provider. I had a final bill that, you guessed it, was more than what I really "owe". I spoke with a lady in the Atlanta office of AT&T who has "adjusted" my bill, a***n. She acknowledged that the adjustments were in the records she pulled up, but admitted that, for some reason, didn't go through on the billing system. This is such ****! I would lay a bet that this is a DELIBERATE attempt by the AT&T head goons to prey on the unsuspecting clients. I received the final payoff bill, which is still a bit more than I should pay, and paid that off. Of course, this is more than a $100 less than their records show I "owe", but I'm not paying it. Now I'm receiving calls from these other GOONS at Prince-Parker &****ociates. I am waiting for the next billing cycle to see if the "credits" show up on by bill. But I'm not holding my breath.I just can't believe how INSENSITIVE collection agencies can be. Not all of us are criminals. The ****S working for these agencies need to get a real JOB like the rest of America.
A woman called my phone and asked for my mother. I explained who I was and she asked me a***n who I was. Then she statede that the person, "he" gave my number as a secondary number. I explained to her once a***n that it was my mother. I asked where she was calling from what it was in regards to. She stated that she was calling from a company called "parkway... (so****ing)" but she could not tell me what for. Before I could say anything else, she ***g up on me. I tried calling back, but it stated so****ing that the number was incorrect. I will find out the company name and also report them.
