Called left no message busy when I call back

Called and did not leave a message. According to other posts, this is a spam/scam

They will claim to be from the Coalition of American Veterans, quickly ask for a monetary donation, and refer you to some Indian guy for money transfer. Obviously scammers here, and more like the Coalition of American (and Indian) Scammers.

Left no voice mail. When I called the number back i get a busy signal.
